Had to tape the warriors sides in hope that it will reverse the middle that caved in when I soaked it in the sink. Too hard to do over, so I'm trying to salvage it. It's for a special needs child so I'm hoping the tape works. She loves the warriors and I want to give it to her in good condition. I also have to fix the 2nd "R" the round part on top got cut off accidentally, but i noticed it's not long enough.

You might be able to salvage it by soaking it in hot water again, pull it out and hold the collapsed piece in place and immediately run it under cold water. You don't have much holding it, but that might hold it in the position you want. You might have to try a couple times to get it into the right position. If the tape holds it while soaking, it should stay there without the tape after you run it under cold water. You have to do it fast.

Thank you Pumpken. I appreciate the tip and I will try that tomorrow. Heading off to sleep now.
