Video - Came out Great !

Like how you used the transitions - It's good to do a fade, and have a few transitions.

I've seen Clips where people use a different transition for every photo.
And the clips was Horrible. Sometimes Less is More !

You did a nice job Andretti. That also seems like a good length as well. If it's too long people won't waych till the end. I agree with St0ney about the transitions too. The exploding groups let you know when you're moving on to a new year. I can't wait to see what you do for the contest.

Great Job Andretti. I'm still limping along on the software. Just wanted to comment on the complexity of your carves over the years. The 2006 and 2007 were all cutouts, some extreme. Then you got into the very detailed shaded. How can you doubt your talent??? You have truly grown as a carver. Again, Great job on the video and the carves.

Very nicely done. I agree with Stoney on the trans, it looked alot more professional than if you were to have some crazy transition for every photo. I did notice one thing that was slightly disturbing....A Denver Broncos carve.

Can't wait to see what you do with last years carves.

Hi One and all - my first post of the year!

I will have a go at this if it's not too late. St0ney, do we have to use your tools or can we use any?

When does it have to be in by?

Errr Thanks - I think ....

Here is a first effort at the Gallery video. I have included ALL the carves on this vid, but it makes for a long one (oooh errr)!

Even with each carve only showing for 1sec. and no transition we are up to nearly 9 minutes. (2 of which Liz is responsible for). This is only a relatively low quality version too at the moment but have a look and see what you think.

I am trying to see if I can change the initial image as that is not what I wanted but what youtube chose. Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks Liz.

I too thought 1 sec would be too short but also don't think it is.

If you are interested, since I have this all set-up now, I could do a vid for you of just your carves. Wouldn't take me long and if you chose the music it would take even less time

Don't know if you have a need for that though so it is up to you.

This goes for anyone else too of course. It would probably be better to PM me about so as not to bore too many other people.
