I bought the new 8 quart instantpot duo on prime day recently.

Wondering for those users who have "this sort of thing" what to cook that can be frozen after cooking without degradation (put in a sealer pouch & just pulled out for a re-heat ..thinking halloween.

Anyone frozen gnocchi ? ..made a beef & veg stew yesterday & added it for some texture difference, but just need to prep food now for convenience without simply snacking on crud, ...tasty guzzle food for October, I always seem to get viral in Oct & obviously it isn't a healthy month due to hours kept.

You know its bad when you start & finish the day on energy drinks & scotch eggs!

Favourite one pot suggestions that can be made in advance?

I worked in Italian Restaurants for many years, (like 15 yrs)As a waiter and as a Cook and Manager.

You can Freeze Gnocchi, But it's better to Just Blanch it (before freezing) - and with-out the Sauce...

Then you, just toss it boiling water for like 5 minutes... add sauce then eat...

Any pasta, in sauce then frozen, will taste like it... (Old and re-cooked)

Thanks, will keep the two separate & throw in pasta on the warm up after a quick saute.
