Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt (I use 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds (is okay if it is a little less)
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C)
Combine everthing, mix thoroughly and place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. I set a timer for every 15 minutes and then start taste testing them after 45 minutes.
