Painted this for a friend of mine who loves Butterflies. What better Butterflies than the bread ones in Alice in Wonderland!

Awww, thank you Werehawk! I really appreciate you saying that. I made some mistakes but I'm getting better at letting it go, when I hear sweet comments like yours. It really means a lot to me. So thank you again. Next I'm trying my hand at shading a pumpkin this year. Keep your fingers crossed for me, lol!

it came out beautiful... I can carve, but can't paint worth a crap.. kinda jealous

We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names (like chartreuse), but they all have learned to live together in the same box.

Thank you gorobman! I used to not consider myself an artist but I thought doggone it, I do the best I can at what I love to do, lol! Now to try my hand at shading a pumpkin. A lot of talented artist on here plus Stoney how to's, so I know if I get stuck, people on this forum are nice and help you out!
