It might be something stoney did whilst serving time at the farm!? :!con_p_Laugh2:

But i've used my floating pumpkins to good effect which makes me think a simple "notched arch of blue (water) tubing might be about right with a couple of joints to ensure rigidity & assembly.

I could dig out & sink a couple of ground mounts but would prefer a ground-spike option, anyone seen anything capable.

Due to potential weight involved we'd likely best consider it for funkins or perhaps smaller carved kins. potentially 5 or 6 kins so a span width of 10ft (typical farm gate)

I am a master of pvc pipe construction. That is what I would make it out of. It takes paint well and can be broken down into smaller parts.
