Hi friends! I'm sure I didn't clean my lino cutter bits well last year and they're looking a bit rusty & are certainly not carving as cleanly as I'd like this season.

How often do you all replace your bits? Do you sharpen them to try to get more use? I know for exactos I have to replace the blade pretty often, but now I'm thinking I might have to get new lino bits too.

I use the sanding drum on my dremel to keep my implements sharp.

Never needed to buy new bits or blades.

I start out with Fresh bits, blades and saw blades each season.

I have the lino nibbs in the store as a set, or 2 and 12 packs.
there's also extra Handles in different colors.

Like the Dremel, I don't like to change out bits. So I have a bunch of Lino Cutters.

I've bought new ones the past couple years. I need to get some for this season. Our local stores aren't carrying just the bits anymore... Poopyheads. But, yah, it's tough when those bits are dull.
