Armed with St0ney's and Doh's tutorials and the positive support of all of you, I knew this was going to be a great Halloween. I started early and was looking forward with great eagerness to another teriifc event. I built a display, checked my extension cords and LED bulbs, brought down 40 carvings including several real kins for the first time. Then, it happened. Vermont experienced a severe storm that left many of us without power for 3-5 days. Not to worry. My home standby generator kicked in ---- and then on October 30th, the generator died. I bought an inverter to run the lights from the car. That didn't work out either. So while all the other houses proudly showed their creations with lit candles, my home was blanketed in darkness, cold winds and gloom.
Anyhow, here are a few of my 2017 creations that hopefully you can enjoy.
Next year!!!!
Can't Win 'Em All
Great work on all your pumpkins. Sorry to hear about the power outage. I'd call that pretty bad timing.
