Use a Acetate Stencil on a Tee Shirt

Next Were Going to Make a Tee Shirt
From one of the Stencils we already have Or make One

PREPWORK

Use a Pre-Washed Shirt
And Iron Out any wrinkles on the front of the shirt
Place a Peice of Cardboard inside the Shirt
In Case the Paint Bleeds Through.

#27
Use Spray Mount

Place your Stencil on a sheet of newspaper or poster board
And Spray it with Spray Adhesive
Also Known As Spray Mount.
Cover the entire Stencil.

#28
Center and Press Stencil on Shirt

Place the Stencil on the Shirt and Work it on the shirt by pressing with your hand
Get your Paints Ready
I use Acrylic Paints mixed with Fabric Medium
I also Use a Sponge Brush

#29
Dab the Paint on the Stencil

Just Start Dabbing the paint on with the Brush. Rinse the Brush with running water, and go to the next Color

When Your Done - Let Air Dry
Or use a Hair Dryer on High Heat to Speed the Drying.
After Paint is Dry, Put on another Coat of Paint, And Dry As Before.

#30
Remove Stencil

When 2nd Coat is 100% Dry
Remove the Stencil

#31
Place Towel over Shirt and Iron

The Last Step is to Cover the Tee shirt with a towel and Iron over it.
This makes the paint fuse to the Fabric. That's It.

#32
Clean the Stencil

The Stencil will stain from the paint
Clean as before Run under Water
Rub off whatever Paint you Can
Pat Dry with paper towles

Even though it is Stained
It can still be reused Many More Times,
for Window Wax, another Shirt etc...
