1. I added Patterns and Credits to the Cart, but it says I dont have enough Credits to buy?
Pattern Credits need to be Purchased First "By themselfs"
Remove the Patterns from the Shopping Cart. and just Purchase the Credits.
Once you have the Credits in your Account, you can then Purchase Patterns with them.

2. There is No Check out Button, to complete the Purchase
Please Check your Web browsers Settings: And have Java and JavaScript enabled, and that you Accept Cookies. Or Download the FREE Firefox Web Browser.Click here to Download FireFox.

3. What do I do with the Zip File? And how do I Print Your Patterns

4. I deleted (or did not get )the email with the Download Link!

Just Log into the Store, Click on "My Account", then click on "Completed Orders".
The Download Link will also be there, to click and Download your Patterns.
          There will be a Link For Each Pattern Order Placed, Directly under the list of patterns.

5. How do I open Zip Files on an Iphone?

To Open Zip Files on an iPhone.

You just Need to Install a Free App in the Apple app Store Called - "Zip Browser"



6. I bought pattern credits but their not showing up in my account?
For some reason on a few orders, Paypal does not send the payment code to the store.
Just send me an email and I'll add the credits manually to your account

9. Why do Pattern Credits expire at the end of the Year?
This is a Seasonal Website, The Site depends on repete yearly customers to survive
the Season Runs from July 1st, to June 30th, we then Start Over with the new Carving Season.

15. How do I change my Password?

Just Log into the Store, Click on "My Account", then click on "Your Account Details".

Where it says "Password:" add your NEW Password, Then Retype it, where it Says "Confirm Password:"

Click on "Update my Details"  Your password is Now Changed.
